How Does the NextPage Control Management Solution Work?

So how does the NextPage Control compliance software work? Let’s say for example that you want 75% of your documents to be tracked with the NextPage Control compliance software for regulation purposes. You specify those documents that you want the software to track and the NextPage service allows you to see who created the original version of the document in question, and who is editing additional versions of the document at any time during the document creation and review processes. At any time during or after the document creation process, you can also upload any version of a specified document to a centralized store, where it will be archived and protected in the event that your business has to face legal challenges or litigation processes.
