The Document Collaboration Version Map brings all of the pieces together—and presents you with a complete, easy-to-understand visual map of how your document is progressing through the editing and approval process. With this unique reporting tool, you can see who has created new versions, whether those versions have been integrated into the master document and how different versions relate to each other and the final document you’re working to create. You can also click and drag document icons in the Version Map to open different versions, compare them and incorporate changes quickly.

When you e-mail a document out to be reviewed, edited and approved, Document Collaboration adds a Document Signature™ that contains status information about the document.
