Using groupware has never been so easy. Imagine for instance that you are working on an important company document. You create the document and then send it to several co-workers for review. Your co-workers read the document and make the necessary changes. They return their versions of the document to you, and with NextPage 2, you simply merge your co-workers’ versions into one ‘final version.’
