Wayne leads the engineering and development efforts of NextPage. He brings15 years of experience delivering enterprise-ready applications, managing development teams and architecting solutions. He specializes in spearheading day to day operations managing technical teams, efficiently solving different business and technical problems that produce exciting revenue generating solutions. Wayne brings a casualness and “fun” to the office that keeps both his coworkers and his customers enthusiastic and engaged.
Prior to NextPage Wayne was the Vice President of Engineering at Bluestep, Inc.. He led the team on design and implementation of a large scale Web-based collaboration system, Bluestep was acquired in 2002. He also served as engineering director with Sterling Wentworth, a financial services software company, purchased by SunGard Data Systems, where he designed and developed large enterprise financial solutions for companies such as State Farm, Citibank, Bank of America, New York Life and others, his solutions are still used in the insurance industry today. Prior to that he built custom solutions for Boatman’s National Bank, Edward Jones and Qwest. Wayne began his career as a video game developer for the Sega platform.
Wayne holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, from the University of Utah.
